Recently, the Almajdouie Automotive Academy hosted the inaugural session of the exclusive training program, "Northern Star Navigators" in Dammam. The training program was developed in line with Northern Star’s strategy for Almajdouie, aiming to strengthen relationships between the Almajdouie family and its partners' families in success by sharing best experiences on both global and regional levels. The program seeks to develop sales and after-sales services within the Changan network across all regions of Saudi Arabia.
The event was organized by the Dealer Network Development Department in collaboration with Almajdouie Automotive Academy, with high-impact sessions covering topics such as leadership, business development, and market trends.
